Elm Row is a 3 bedroom classic Edinburgh flat on the second floor of a tenement in the Centre of Edinburgh. The location is fantastic with Princes Street, St James Quarter, Mulberry Walk, Waverly Station, the Omni Centre and the Playhouse Theatre only 5 minutes walk away. The area is awash with multicultural restaurants, cafes and bars. The 3 bedrooms are situated at the back of the flat and are therefore suprisingly quiet for central Edinburgh. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath. There's a large hallway and an open plan sitting room kitchen with everything you'll need for your stay. 2 of the bedrooms are doubles while the middle bedroom is smaller but fits a small double. All bedrooms have a wardrobe or hanging space, a desk and a chest of drawers. 2 sets of linen and towels will be provided for your stay. There is a washing machine and a tumble drier and a freezer. There is no dishwasher. There are 2 sofas and a dining table seating 5. The flat is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
